I originally cancelled my order due to delayed delivery which missed my planned bbq party. The seller responded quickly and refunded my purchase. Still I got the delivery eventually. This is actually a great product, well designed, good quality for price. So I decided to keep it and pay the fair price. Thanks to the seller, who gracefully allowed me to have it for free! The media could not be loaded. Very useful for outdoor fire or BBQ. Quite easy and quick to set up and folds down quite compactly to carry easily. Only negatives would be a) the ash collection tray doesn't sit quite well so can occasionally fall down and b) the metal gets fire/ash stains quite quick and are very hard to scrub off, despite using a BBQ grill cleaner. However, none of these are deal breakers for me and the product does what's it's meant to do quite well.
